New Life Community Care doesn't receive funding, please help us help others. We would not be able to function without our super team of volunteers donating their time and effort. Food and product donations from a number of stores; supermarkets, green grocers, butchers, bakers, farmers, individuals, families, and the amazing Foodbank in Brisbane help make our service of affordable supplies and free food to our community such an awesome success. Thanks to all that help our cause. Without you so many thousands a month would miss our support in their struggle against hardship.

Thanks must be mentioned to a major supermarket who donated funds for refrigeration in 2010 and local Rotary Club for their support pledged in 2011 towards improvements. The Hon Stuart Robert MP, Federal Member for Fadden, helped in 2014 with the donation of a refrigerated chiller van to assist us in the delivery of food parcels. Without this sort of support, we would not be able to grow, hold and distribute the volume of food as we now can.

We've also received support from countless other organisations such as Bendigo Bank, Lions Club, Several sporting clubs, Helensvale Golf Course, Helensvale Bowels Club, Northern Seniors, not to mention some donations of food from food suppliers at discounted prices.

We are a DGR Registered Charity, and can give tax deductable receipts for goods, services and/or cash received. If you feel you have something which may be of value and use to us, please make contact. We would love to hear from you.

Cash donations are always appreciated and are a tax deduction, these can be made by directly depositing into our Gift Fund:

We also need details to send taxable receipts.

Thanks again to all that give in one way or another to help this awesome work in the community.

If you have product to donate please email or call us.

"My husband suffered a back injury which resulted in him being unable to work, we went from a two income family to one.

This service has fed my family for at least 4 months and has enabled us to keep our heads above water. We cannot express our sincere gratitude for the generous help we have received."

"Formerly a bank manager and then part time broker I have two children suffering from mental illness and came from Domestic violence where we left everything and began again.

With increased caring needs for my children I have had to become a fulltime Carer and as such my income reduced considerably.

Due to the awesome generosity of the food parcels I was able to provide not only the food for my family but make up the repayments every fortnight on my mortgage."

"We are all fulltime students with rigorous schedules and the Foodbarn enables us to survive working slightly less.

There is no way we could make it without help the foodbank had given us over the previous months.

To be able to come home and have a good supply of food makes coming home after studying long hours a lot easier."
